Terms of Use

1. General

Trading.am is an online education platform publishing learning material about financial markets and trading in Armenian, English, Russian and Persian.

The service is provided by an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia, whose details appear on this page. “We” and “our” refer to that entrepreneur; “you” refers to the person using the site.

2. What we offer

The platform provides written lessons, quizzes, progress tracking and market information sections.

• Part of the material is free, with no obligation to pay anything
• Advanced modules are available within paid plans
• Content is updated and extended over time
• The service is digital; nothing is physically shipped

3. This is not investment advice

Everything on this site is educational and informational. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not an offer or inducement to enter into any particular trade.

We are not a broker, a dealer or an investment firm. We do not manage your money and never take custody of it. We do not sell trading signals and we do not guarantee any return.

Every investment decision is yours alone, and so is the responsibility for it.

4. Your account

Access to paid content requires an account with a working email address.

• You must provide accurate and current information
• Keeping your login credentials safe is your responsibility
• An account is for one person and may not be shared or transferred
• Tell us immediately if you notice activity you did not authorise

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Armenian drams (AMD) and include any taxes required by law unless stated otherwise.

We accept ArCa, Visa and Mastercard payment cards through the Inecobank payment page. Card details are entered on the bank's secure page, transmitted over an encrypted connection, and never become visible to us.

A transaction goes through 3-D Secure authentication whenever the card issuer requires it.

6. How the service is delivered

Because this is digital content, access opens on the same account immediately after the payment is confirmed.

If a payment has gone through but access has not opened within 24 hours, contact us and we will either restore it or refund you.

7. Subscription and cancellation

A monthly subscription runs for the period paid for. You can cancel at any time from your account page or by writing to us.

After cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for and then stops automatically.

8. Intellectual property

All material on the site — text, charts, quizzes, design and software — is protected by copyright and belongs to us.

A purchased plan grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it. Reproducing, reselling or publicly distributing the material without our written consent is not permitted.

9. Acceptable use

When using the site, you may not:

• Copy, bulk-download or pass paid material to third parties
• Give your login credentials to someone else
• Disrupt the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Publish unlawful, abusive or misleading content
• Use the material to build a competing service

10. Risk disclosure

Trading on financial markets carries a substantial risk of losing your capital. Using leverage increases the possible profit and the possible loss to the same degree.

Past results do not guarantee future results. Only commit money you can afford to lose.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for financial losses arising from decisions you make on the basis of material published on this site.

We work to keep the site running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, whether because of maintenance or of circumstances outside our control.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email or by a notice on the site, and they take effect when published.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
