1. Who is responsible for your data

Your personal data is processed by the individual entrepreneur behind Trading.am, whose details appear on this page. Any question about your data can be sent to us by email.

2. What we collect

• Account data: email address, name, and a phone number if you choose to give one
• Learning data: lessons viewed, quiz results, progress
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, visit dates
• Correspondence: the content of messages and requests you send us
• Payment records: date, amount, status and the transaction identifier issued by the bank

3. We do not store your card details

This is the most important point on this page: your card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC code are never entered on our site and are never stored on our servers.

At the moment of payment you are taken to Inecobank's secure payment page, where the details are handled by the bank under the PCI DSS security standard. All we receive back is the outcome of the transaction — whether it succeeded or not.

• To create and maintain your account
• To give you access to the content you purchased
• To save and display your progress
• To answer your questions
• To improve the service and fix technical problems
• To meet the accounting and tax obligations required by law

5. Legal grounds

We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet obligations imposed by law, and — in the case of newsletters — on the basis of your consent.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. It is passed only to the services the platform cannot run without:

• Inecobank: accepting payments and processing refunds
• Supabase: database storage and account authentication
• Vercel: hosting the site
• An email delivery service: confirmation and notification messages
• Competent state authorities, in the cases provided for by law

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your chosen language and colour theme. Signing in is not possible without them.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site will then stop working.

8. How long we keep it

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. After you delete the account, it is removed within a reasonable period.

Accounting records of payments are kept for the period required by Armenian law, regardless of account deletion.

9. Your rights

Send your request by email. We will respond within a reasonable period, after first confirming your identity.

• Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority

10. Security

The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Passwords are stored hashed rather than in readable form, and database access is restricted by access rules.

No system can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable and accepted measures to protect your data.

11. Minors and changes

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.

Changes to this policy will be announced on the site, with the update date shown.
